So there is an option now on steam called "Family Library Sharing".  You can use Family Library Sharing and share steam library with your friends.

So, how does it work? Here’s how to get set up and how to share games on Steam. Let's go.

HOW TO SHARE GAMES ON STEAM

First of all, you need to set up Family Library Sharing. Follow the below steps.

Go to setting

1. Login your steam account (Game holder account )
2. Go to Settings in Steam menu
3. Then Go to the Family tab
4. After tick, the Authorize Library Sharing on this computer option
5. Log out of your Steam account.
6. Finally, let your friend or family member login to their steam account.   

Then the will able to see your Steam Library in their games tab. Now tell the Download and play the game free.

But there are limitations also. You can only authorize up to 5 computers to share your game library and the shared library can not use if the owner currently playing any of the games in the library. Unforcualty others have to wait for the finish owner to play. And also some games can not share like The Division (Most probably Ubisoft games because of play does not offer that offer still).

if someone playing the game in your library, the steam account gives priority for you. others have to option busy or exit to desktop.
